Practical Training
Practical training is the next step to becoming an architect after completing your academic study. You are supervised by an employment mentor as you discover the many aspects of this fascinating profession, and you experience at first hand the design and construction processes. Over the 24 months of your practical experience you get to sharpen your skills and fine-tune your theoretical knowledge.
Our Practical Training Guidelines tell you more about practical training, what it entails and what is expected of the trainee. They also tell you more about the activities of the Order of Architects: the authority that keeps you on track with your practical training.
